What a mouthful name! But the name says it all. It's not just your average carrot cake but a carrot cake (VwaV) which is full of ginger, macadamia nuts and coconut too!!! The cake is frosted with coconut and coconut milk. It sure is a breath new difference from the norm! Hey who says vegan food has to taste like the rest! Bravo to vegan food for their creativity and goodness!!! A piece of it is enough to fill you up!
