National Day breakie
I cooked a very light and appetizing breakfast yesterday. It's mee sua with abalone mushrooms, golden mushrooms, tofu, cauliflower, carrots and topped with seaweed. It's cooked in a light vegetable and mushroom broth. All three of us slurped up everthing on the bowl as it's so easy to eat (i've cut them all up into bite size pieces so you could just use a spoon only). The entire meal was cooked in about 30mins plus prep. Fast, simply and nutritious!!! I love doing this when I have the time like over the weekends or on holidays!
