He has my heart...

This heart shaped mousse was made especially for the man in my life, Andy! Well you might think that I am a very romantic person, ehhh...on the contrary I actually am not :-< but I am definitely a thoughtful and caring person ( or so I think I am). So I guess that makes up the short of romantic-ness in me! Haha! Enough of that! And so I made the mousse into a heart shape topped with rich chocolate ganache, sprinkled with chocolate rasps and a strawbery on top of it. The strawberry buttercream around the perimeter is simply for decoration. Overall, it looks really pretty. All three of us (A, G and myself) shared the mousse. Lovely...
