In the mood to cook
Yesterday I was in the mood to cook up a sumptious meal but am not really sure why though!!! Haha! Anyway I managed to whipped up a three dishes meal consisting of: (anti-clockwise) tumeric cabbabge with carrots, an asia vegetable (which I do not know it's english name!!!) with tau pok (fried skinny bean curd) cooked with curry powder and tumeric, stir fry brocolli with carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes, and porridge cooked with red dates and wolfberries. We sure had a really simple yet delicious dinner!
