I made Gingerbread cupcakes (VCTOW) yesterday and they were soooo good! Perfect for the holidays! I love anything with ginger and when I saw this recipe, I just have to make them. I made orange cream cheese frosting instead of lemon as I had ran out of lemons! And it's really yummy too! Georgia prefers eating the cake on its own and she keeps asking for more!

Yeah it is! Especially with the Tofutti cream cheese frosting! I'll be making more for the holidays! ^_^
