Pita pockets, yum yum

Sometimes Andy will send me to work in the morning and we'll have breakfast in my office before he sets off to work. I will always try to make different breakfast if we are having breakfast together. Andy prefers savoury food in the morning. So I made pita pockets one morning. The pita bread is wholemeal and is store bought. I will try and bake them in the future. Then I filled them up with lettuce (these are from Genting Highlands in Malaysia and they are very crunchy and sweet!), tomatoes, Five Spice tofu and Vegetarian Ham. I used soyanaise as the dressing and sprinkled some black pepper. It was a great and simple breakfast. Andy loved it so much that he requested for it the next day too!
