I made this chocolate cake (with 100% Valrhona cocoa) with cookies & cream filling and frosting with chocolate mousse topped with strawberries for my mother in law's birthday on last Saturday. It's a really thick and chocolatey cake! All of us love it and I'm glad my mother in law enjoys the cake!
